Maytag bravos childproof lid key went flying now lost washer wont turn on washer is 7-8 years old

purchased at lowes and they don't have parts.

Can I buy a replacement childproof lid key it’s the size of a SD storage drive.

Or can I bypass this safety feature?

also doe's maytag print model #s on the washer if so where?


Been watching videos looks like the three wire circuit green left alone white and black wire connected to each other will trick the washer into thinking the door is closed.

Is this true or false.
