2 years old. I had never put a filter in it until the other day. I was just using the bypass that came installed. I put the filter in and now the control panel won't turn on.

What I've tried :
Chatting with the GE help desk
Unplugging and plugging back in
turning breaker off for 1 minute and back on
Switching the filter and bypass cartridge several times
pushing the door switches with my fingers
looking into the clear panel on the bottom of the left door (where the wires are) to see if anything looks crazy

I feel terrible that I've broken my fridge. does anyone have anything else I can try? Thanks.
