This dryer gets a daily work out by the wife, and the drum support rollers are making a lot of noise. Went from an occasional chirp to constant squeak to very loud squeak in about a week.

I pulled it apart, found the replacement parts on line that I think need to be replaced, but cannot figure out how to get them off?? Nut on the bulkhead side of the shaft does not loosen, and there is no nut on the other side to hold to keep shaft from spinning?

Any advice from the pros? Repair seems simple enough, but I cannot see how to remove the nut to do it? Do the spring clips just need to come off?

Thanks in advance.

See item 20 in Section 1.
They are just pried out of the groove in the roller shaft.
Sometimes they come off OK but often the break that is why they are included in the following roller kit.
