Tested the electrical components and replaced the flame sensor however I not getting any power to the igniter when I turn on the unit and let it run. Is this a Control Board problem?

Is this a Control Board problem? Try a new set of coils or at least check the resistance of each one . Also have you checked the t-stats and thermal fuse ?
