I have a Frigidaire FGID2474QB4B dishwasher. it's about 2 years old. I believe the heating element needs to be replaced (water is only warm when I open during a cycle and dishes are wet even when "heat dry" is selected)
My problem is, I don't know where the heating element is on this machine. It doesn't have the heating element inside the tub like most dishwashers. I can't see it on any of the diagrams when I search for that model. Where is the heating element? What is the correct part?
Videos I've looked at make the repair seem easy, when the heating element is inside the tub. Is it an easy repair on this model?

Hi, I've contacted Frigidaire and it turns out the heating element is inside the circulating pump. So instead of this being a cheap and easy fix it's a lot more complex.
the part number is 5304514365 (formally A002106020)
can you point me to a video showing me what is involved in fixing this?

Anyone? any help is appreciated. Is it normal to have the heating element inside the pump? is it an easy fix (as easy as any other pump)?
