dishwasher installed on outside wall in heated kitchen by dealer
Inlet valve froze and caused extensive damage washer replaced, froze again and dealer replaced valve and claimed not responsible

Does anyone know of freezing problem with this particular machine

Its too cold under your dishwasher. That's not a manufacturing defect. Any dishwasher installed there is going to freeze.

You need to plug all the holes that are letting cold air in and maybe run some insulation behind the dishwasher to make it a less drafty area. You need to keep it warmer than 32 degree down there.
