Hello all...We recently purchased this refrigerator, and upon installation, it made
ice and dispensed water without a problem. 24 hours later, it is doing neither. I checked the water supply from the house, and it is fine. There is still power to dispenser panel, as the lights still come on, and the ice machine and dispenser still make noise, but for whatever reason the water is not getting to all the places it needs to go. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

The water lines or filter might have gotten cold enough to freeze and block the water flow. Do you have the filter system in the video? Refrigerator Water Filter (part #WF2CB) - How To ReplaceIf it is frozen, you will need to thaw it all out. Try setting the controls a little warmer. Make sure there is good air circulation around the upper shelf.
