I'm looking for answers to help bring my Whirlpool Duet WFW9250WW00 back to life. Error code reads: "E1F1" whenever the drain pump is supposed to run. When running a diagnostic check on this machine, a series of numbers comes up before the test program begins. "230042". What does this mean? Is it a clue to the problem? (PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THIS MYSTERY)

When running a normal cycle, the washing machine error code "E1F1" flashes and machine beeps, just before the water pump is about to run. I checked the water pump and it is good. I think it's the wiring and tab connectors that attach to the CCU. I think this because I ran the diagnostic test and held the wire connector tab tight to the CCU for the TH2 connection engaging the water pump when I help connector tight to the CCU during Diagnostic Test and during Rinse/Drain mode. That only worked 4 times, now I'm not having success even though I hold the connector down.

I just bought my first multimeter and I'm not sure what I'm doing. I think the prongs on my multimeter are too big for the holes in the connectors tabs. I need help. Especially to the numbers that flash on the screen before the diagnostic test begins "2, 3, 0, 0, 4,2" Any advice?

I want to reward the person who finally helps me. Thanks in advance. :)

How does that connector and board look? Is it showing signs of getting hot or burning its traces or contacts?

I found this on another site.

"Whirlpool Duet Washing Machine Error Code F1 E1
Main control fault."
