Hi,

I just bought a house and the ice maker in the freezer is not working. The filter is new, the water supply to the refrigerator is strong, and the filtered water is dispensing well. When I disconnected the ice making water supply tube there was no water in it. I currently have manually placed some water into the ice cube maker to see if it will freeze. Any suggestions?

What is the model and serial number? I'd like to look up which valve it has and such.
