If I take my hand and put downward/outward pressure on the top edge of the tub, the knocking noise is significantly reduced but not quite eliminated. Any idea what could be causing this? As another data point, I replaced the motor coupling a couple years ago. Thanks in advance for any and all help!

From watching the video I can tell you need to rebuild the top part of your agitator. They can make a rather annoying noise. As you may know this washer has a ratcheting agitator. inside are four dogs and a thrust washer.
