Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 1/14/2018(UTC) Posts: 1		Samsung WF448AAP/XAA We have verified that the machine is level, and that the water paths are clear of any clogs. we have verified the cynolids are working. We have verified that there is enough water pressure. If we take the drawer out we can get the softer to dispense by pouring water in, it then siphons out. What else can be wrong? :confused:

It could be a water valve or an electrical problem .
