I was having two issues, a te code and significant balance issue during high speed spin. I diagnosed and replaced the thermistor (repair worked fine) and decided to replace the shock absorbers at the same time hoping it would take care of the balance problem. The shock absorber replacement didn't make a noticeable improvement.

If I run a cycle with nothing in the drum, there is no problem. If I put any clothes in, especially with something like towels, the vibration is pretty bad and loud. The bearings sound fine and there does not seem to be any wobble on the shaft.

If I pause the machine and redistribute the load, it's not so bad.

I figure it must be the spider or the tub itself, or possibly a bent shaft. Is there a way to troubleshoot the spider. If I go through the trouble of replacing the spider, should I go ahead and replace the bearings at the same time? Could it possibly be an issue with the 'load sensing' procedure that takes place at the beginning of the cycle?
