Hi, I have a 14 month old Samsung front load washer. It has been fine except for the last 3 weeks it started to vibrate violently when washing towels or bedding. I researched on Appliance part pros and found that likely causes are bad balance ring, bad shocks, bad Hall effect sensor or MEMS sensor. So far I have replaced the Balance ring (looked at spider which is in good shape), Hall effect sensor and shocks. I am currently waiting on the MEMS sensor which should arrive next week.
My question is if the MEMS sensor doesn't fix the issue where do I go next?
Also, I can't find any information on how to check for error codes. I have the Service Manual but it is not tell me how to check for fault codes.
Thanks for you help! Tom
