I have a GE Front load washer model number WCVH6260HWW, S/N LM200162T.
The problem is the drum bounces and bangs heavily during the spin cycle and repeats the rinse/spin cycle over and over.
It is especially so when I try to wash something a little heavy like blankets or sweaters.
I also noticed that when I press the drum up and down ane left/right lightly with my hand when the machine is not running, the drum moves around very much and too easily, as if it is not held tight enough.
Let me know what are the parts that I should replace to solve this problem.
