After heating up for about 5 mins my oven shuts off and flashes the error code F3E2. I have read lots of forums that indicate this is due to an overtemp issue. I tested the temperature sensor and it is normal at around 1100 ohms. I replaced the control board from ********************************.com and assumed that would fix my problems. However, the same issue seems to be happening. Any suggestions at this point? Or anyone have similar experiences?

I'd try a new sensor. I've seen them fail in many different ways over the years. If you get it from here, you can send it back if its not the problem.
