Oven not heating and displaying F5 error code. Display works, fan comes on when temp is selected for operation but oven never gets hot. Heating elements were both replaced a month ago and was working fine, now this. . . Manual says to replace clock/control board and I just want to make sure that's gonna be all that is needed to fix it. Don't mind paying the price just want it to work.

Its probably the board. It probably has bad relays or a burnt trace.

The only way to be sure is to check for power at the board. (to the bake element)

Also (with the power off) check for continuity through the wiring from the board to the element and back.
