Hello - I have a GE Profile Fridge (PFSS2MJISS) and for a couple years have been using a Cap Filter bypass as we do not need to filter our water. A few months ago the cap started leaking and has slowly increased.

I've attached a photo and it looks like the water is coming out as a drip in between the filter and the cap.

At this point I am not sure what the cause is. Would replacing the Water Filter Housing and Tube Assembly fix the issue? Or replacing the cap filter? Maybe the black rubber washers on the filter? Or does anyone have any other ideas? There are no other leaks. The ice machine works fine. Only problem is this increased leaking from the cap filter.

Thanks in advance!
