Current problem: dishwasher does not drain properly, only a trickle flows through the drain hose. New drain pump hums during drain cycle, but little/no flow (confirmed by holding drain hose over bucket).

Troubleshooting thus far: confirmed drain hose is clear,confirmed drain through airlock/sink drain is clear, replaced drain pump assembly.

Backstory: Replaced inlet pump as a troubleshoot to poor cleaning action (low flow?). Connected new inlet pump, and the next cycle did not drain properly.

Next steps/questions: I've read about a drain solenoid, but pretty sure this model does not have one? Can anyone confirm this?
I read a thread about replacing the control panel. Any other ideas before I drop $100+ on a control panel? Is it possible that I cooked the control panel by connecting the inlet pump incorrectly?
