I took ours off and it does rattle and the fridge runs but does not freeze or get cold. I am in Indiana by fort Wayne and would love to pic one up or order if I have to. I heard GE sells the exact same one for a lot cheaper but Ican figure out how to find one. Any help would be great!

It'll be one of these: Start Device Parts - AppliancePartsPros.com The ones with MFG part numbers starting with DA are Samsung, they'd probably work but I'd avoid them.
