Hello all, first time posting. I have a whirlpool cabrio washer that has been giving me a headache. We were getting the UL and SD code and I changed the suspension rods with no change. doing some research and it seems that the machine is not going into a spin cycle. I took the tub out to check and make sure there was water in the top ring which there is and there were no clothes stuck on the inside. I checked the stator for cracks and found when spinning the rotor with the tub out it feels like it binds then frees up again whichever way I turn it. there is no certain spot that this happens I am wondering if anyone has seen this before. I am wondering if I need a new stator/rotor or if it could be a driveshaft and bearing issue. I do not want to keep buying parts and dumping money into it. Thanks
