If you are getting water under the crisper drawer your defrost drain is clogged, it's a Samsung thing. You have an evaporator behind that rear panel in the fresh food compartment. It gets defrosted periodically and the melt water is supposed to drain down into a pan in the back.

The passive and easiest approach it to unplug it and let it thaw but that may not solve it for long if the "duckbill" in the back is clogged. Prepare for water in the fridge and beneath if the drain pan overflows. You should also pull it out and pull the rear cover off. There will be 2 white rubber hoses coming down, they pull right off the cabinet and at the top is the duckbill. Samsung has a replacement part that is redesigned. I'd have to look up the part #. We used to just clip off the corners of the rubber duckbill but the kit replaces it and adds some foil/foam pieces to the evaporator area in the unit.

If you do not have a 2nd fridge or enough cooler space to give your fridge 48 hours to thaw you can empty the fridge and pull the rear panel off and manually defrost the whole thing, odds are the drain trough beneath the evap is solid ice. The catch is that it is probable that the ice has penetrated the styrofoam of the rear panel and it will break apart when you try to pull it off. I use a pressure steamer to blow in the various holes and slowly defrost, that takes 60-90 minutes of steaming if it is really iced up. When the panel is off it's another 20-30 minutes to melt off the buildup. Do not use any tools to chip or break the ice, that evap will puncture easily. After that you still need to pull the machine out and access the drain pan area to clear or change the duckbill.
