My side by side refidgerator is freezing all my food. We have checked the damper and that is fine. The temp. stays at about 26-27 degrees constantly. The freezer stays around 0-1 degree. What else could be the problem? I am getting very frustrated with my milk and salad freezing in a matter of hours.
Thank you

Most likely the problem caused by the damper control which is stuck open.

This part operates with amount of the cold air from the freezer to keep the proper temperature in the fresh food compartment.

Replacing the damper control should solve the problem.

- The part number for the damper control is AP3775595
