Checked my clothes and the washer was saying canceled. Lid is not locked and its making sounds like its trying to fill or agitate with lid opened or closed. Water is turned on and power source is fine. Can't turn it off or pause it, even if I unplug it when I plug it back up it still says canceled.

might have wrong model number but cant figure out how to edit it, tells me two dif ones in the paperwork.
