We have a Frigidaire FLSE72GCSB stacked washer dryer in a rented apt that was vacant for about year with the water supplies shut off. The new tenant has done 2 loads of laundry, which has created lines of rust on his sheets, and ripped lines of rust on his some tee shirts and knit shirts. Is this a problem caused by the washer, dryer or water pipes (I installed new braided stainless steel supply hoses when I turned the water back on)? I've uploaded photos of the stains/rips.

Thanks,
Sup

We replaced the felt seal, bearing and belt on the dryer. Then, when we checked that the washing machine was working properly, we found that the spin cycle only works on the gentle/knits cycle. The pump works on all cycles, but on any cycle other than gentle/knits the tub does not spin and the motor gets very hot. Is this the timer, motor, or something else? Thanks, Sup
