Hello,
I have a 3 year old Kitchen Aid Side-by-Side, both the fridge and freezer are running warmer than the setpoint.
Fridge is approximately 3-4 Degrees Celsius warmer (Setpoint 0 - Thermometer 4)
The freezer is approximately 10 Degrees Celsius warmer (Setpoint (-18) - Thermometer (-8)). Also no ice is being produced by the ice maker even though the freezer is reaching ~(-8).
Neither evaporators are frosted up, almost to the point of not looking frosted enough. Evaporator fans are both working, condenser coil has been vacuumed and blown out and the condenser fan is running.
Compressor seems to be cycling although perhaps it may not be running as long as it should be? ~5-10mins.
System overall seems very weak.
