Not sure of age so put 5-10. Just got the machine in April.

It worked fine for a month, then suddenly stopped spinning the drum. We'd put clothes in, tell it to go, it would pretend to go through the steps, then just...not do anything really. Clothes would be soaked but they didn't move around any.

Per a suggestion from a friend, we replaced the actuator, same thing.

I found the instructions for running manual tests, and can't run several. Fabric Softener test, high and low spin tests, and high and low agitator tests. When I hit start on those tests, all of the leds blink at me and nothing happens. But the cold/hot valve and drain pump tests work just fine.

I noticed while I had the cover off of the pulley system that if I moved one of the pulley wheels, the drum does move. So I'm thinking that's not it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
