Good evening!
I tried looking for ways to read out error codes on this model (and/or do a factory reset), but everything I find doesn't seem to work. Not sure what's going on here.
Has anyone encountered this problem with this model?

Here is some more info after interrogating the unit per the tech sheet:
Control shows E4A error code, followed by 002 (not sure if that's significant). I also ran the functional tests and the drive motor does not turn on. Thermistor reading reads "066". Is that an acceptable range for room temperature? Moisture sensors seem to work properly.

E4A is abnormally long run time I think, or time out. Often a bad element. Did it dry normally last time it ran? Doesn't usually stop the machine from restarting if I recall correctly. Check that you reconnected door switch if you had it apart.
