Symptoms are bake maxes out at about 225 degrees. Broil doesn't work at all. Warmer stove top plate doesn't work at all. Four other stove top plates fully functional. Haven't checked the warmer drawer element.

Opened the back, removed the broil and bake elements, and wires all look OK. Resistance across the broil and bake element are good. Getting 240VAC to the power relay board. Checked broil element on broil cook selection and getting 120VAC to chassis on each leg of the elements when connected but approach 0VAC across the element. The power relay PCB has no visual indications of damage and I can hear relays moving when I select different settings.

Temp inside the oven matches what the display says. Never gets to set temp though.
