Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 12/12/2014(UTC) Posts: 4		When washer gets into spin cycle with towels in the drum, the drum bangs the sides of the cabinet then shuts itself off. When we wash clothes the machine works flawlessly. I understand that the load is off balance, but why is this happening? It never did in the past. I replaced the suspension rods, and He machine still does this. Please help? Thanks
