Do these older models have reset switches?
Is there a troubleshooting video for this?

No reset or anything like that. There are a few things to check but you'll probably just be changing the whole ice maker. It's a very easy repair, 2-3 screws and the old one comes out.

There's a vid of the repair on the part page:

There are numerous vids of dubious quality on youtube about testing.

Is the freezer 15deg or colder? The IM will not cycle above that. If not, look for heavy frost on rear wall of the freezer or sheet of ice on floor of freezer that might indicate a defrost issue impeding cooling.

Try opening and closing the wire arm several times, letting it snap back into down position and see if the IM begins a cycle, it moves slowly but you'll see the ejection fingers start coming around in 30-60 seconds. If it begins to cycle see if it ejects whatever ice is in there and refills. The door switch will need to be closed, either taped down or held in for this to happen. If it does refill wait a few hours and see if it ejects those cubes and refills again. It probably will not fill the first time but it's worth checking.

If nothing happens you can test farther by pulling the square white cover off the IM and bypassing the thermostat to see if that starts its cycle. I'll detail that after you try the above stuff as that involves a little more than I want to type if not needed.
