Just had Maytag Bravos XL washer delivered on Saturday. Have tried to use the power wash cycle and the deep wash cycle. Neither one will work. Does this mean I have a bad washer or is it just me?

Either there's a mistake with how you used it or there's really a problem with it. You have to give them a call regarding it.

What doesn't work about it? No fill, agitation, drain, etc...? It's very rare to have a new machine have a functional problem. As in maybe 3-4 times per year do I see an actual issue from the factory. That's 7-10 machines per day, 5 days per week, etc...
