Out of the blue my washer will fill with water but that's it. The tub will not agitate, drain or spin. The lid switch clicks so I'm sure it's not that. The timer clicks when I turn it but only fills with water in all settings and stops. What do you recommend? I also would like to know where to locate the model number. It's a maytag top load washer.

If the washer is less than 10 years old you can find the model/serial number on the back side of the rim under the lid.
