Kitchenaid says to power down the unit for five minutes and power it back up. Did that tonight in hopes it will resolve the issue. Doubtful of that resolving the issue, it appears it might be the heating element or another component. I was emailed the following by kitchenaid Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet. If I wanted to test the sanitize option and the heating element, I would do the below sequence and then what? Is this the best way? Heated Dry Normal Heated Dry Normal Heated Dry Normal
