3 1/2 yo dishwasher had blinking sanitized and rinse refill lites flashing. Repair tech came in and said main board needed replacing. I ordered one online and installed. The machine powered on and drain pump ran continuously. Online tech said it had been tripped into flood mode, that there was water in the bottom pan. (this unit does not have a bottom pan, the bottom of tub is a solid molded unit with a mushroom head shaped float)
I removed all water (2oz) from circulation pump and sump hole. Powered machine on, drain pump ran for 60 sec then shut off for 30 sec.... machine now cycles like that continuously. When the drain pump shuts down for the 30 sec there is no response from control panel on the door.
When the machine is turned off and I pull the float up to simulate high water the drain pump turns on.
Looking for advice on what to do next.
