I have an Amana washer that agitates fine but makes squealing noises and in spin cycle it turns maybe 1 or 2 revolutions and binds up and loads the motor down to where it will not spin it. Where do I start to get this problem fixed. Burnt through motor pulley and belt already and replaced those items already.

The water pump on these models commonly goes bad and causes the symptoms you described. There is a shim that the pulley on the pump throws up against the base of the pump, which causes enough drag to stop the machine from being able to spin. This video explains what to look for, if your pump has the thrown shim, replace it! https://youtu.be/eemHrq8L48E
