My water pump wont turn off. The machine will try to cycle but it cant fill because pump is simultaneously draining. The only way to stop the pump is either to unplug the small plug directly on the pump, or to unplug the machine completely.

Almost seems like a stuck relay bur i have no idea where to even check, Any suggestions?

Thanks, Greg in NY

Hi CAZPER138, Thanks for the help,

My machine is simple and has no error code capabilities. I don't know where I would find the water level pressure switch and what to check on it when I find it. Do you know where that is? I have the back of my machine open.
