Your nut driver may be too fat to fit in there, or the head may be rusted, or it may have been replaced by another screw. Can you use a mirror and a flashlight to see it? There's no other trick I know beside breaking the plastic or somehow drilling the head off.

The plastic mold is not big enough did however put another small washer on it when I went back in with it so I would not have this problem again.
