We bought and had our GE Profile Microwave, model #PEM31SM4SS, installed in May of 2013. Today, I discovered that the microwave was dead.
I checked all the fuses, they were all fine.
I checked all the GFI outlets, they were all fine.
So I removed the microwave and plugged it in into a different outlet and it was still dead. Just to be sure, I plugged something else into the outlet where the microwave had been and it works. Clearly, the microwave is dead. After less than for years. Any idea/thoughts would be extremely welcome.

When you said you checked the fuses, are you talking about the one inside the microwave (MW) ?

I usually start by checking the cord all the way into the microwave.

Then I check the power connector and fuse. If they all test good, I check for power at the main circuit board.

If I have power up to it, but the MW is still dead, you know its in the board.
