When our refrigerator with a freezer on top is actively blowing out cold air everything gets too cold and freezes all the food in the fridge. When it is not blowing out air and is plugged in but not running the temp. gets up to 40 degrees in the freezer and even warmer in the refrigerator. Any ideas what could be wrong? We don't have the cash right now to have a repair man take a look so we are hoping it is something we can fix ourselves.
