Look for some help- our LG dishwasher started showing an HE code and was leaking water. I looked the code up and it is a heating element issue. The water is leaking from a small white part which had wirings running to it and a hose connecting to the sump above the heating element. I have no idea what part is and if it is normal for water to travel through it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will try to attach a photo of the part.

If you click your model number above it leads to a list of parts for your model can you identify the part in question? Maybe it will help others better assess the situation?

I think you have to click the attachments button at the bottom after you click post reply ( not the quick reply button).
