I have a Bosch SHE3AR72UC/21 dishwasher that throws an E09 error at the end of every cycle (have tried all of them).

The control board was replaced several months ago due to no display on front panel. Immediately after control board replacement we have been getting the E09 error and it seems to be missing the final rinse cycle as there is some residue left on the dish.

I've found that E09 on this model seems to reference a heater circuit issue but this model does not have a heater so I'm curious if I missed a jumper or setting from the previous control board.

Thanks for your help!

I have a Bosch Aquastar 6.0L

I also get an error 9 code after the wash in finished and the water is cold and residue is left on the plates.

I can also confirm my googling provided answers that this is a heating circuit issue as well. As far as I can find it can refer to control board failure, the "heat pump", the heating element or a thermostat.

We believe ours failed before 2 years but we only reported it some months after the 2 year period and Bosch therefore refused to do anything about it.
