The blue indicator lights that show weather the upper oven or lower oven is on does not illuminate ... the cleaning lights (when cleaning) do illuminate.

Does this oven have fuses that can be checked? Or might it be indicator bulbs? Strange that both are not working. To our knowledge they did used to work. Oven is approx. 3 years old.

Also, is the faceplate easily removed to try and diagnose.
