Finally got my new thermostat for viking 6 burner, trying to replace but I'm having issues getting the copper thermostat cylinder back into the oven. Doesn't seem to be enough room. I removed the front plate and all the range accessories off the top, do I also need to remove the brackets for the heads range top burners? Seems silly I know but there isn't enough room to go straight in.
