Have a Whirlpool dishwasher WDT910SAYM1. Recently I opened the door one morning to find wet dishes, a glob of detergent at the bottom and the "sanitized" light was flashing. I ran a short cycle and quickly determined that the pump was not working. Ordered the pump, replaced it and it was back washing dishes but at the end the "sanitized" light was still flashing and the dishes were wet again. I have checked the heating element and the high limit switch/fuse. Both ohm good. Is there anything else I can check?
Not sure if this is related but about the same time the dishwasher quit our dehumidifier also quit. If they are related could it have been a power surge or a lightning storm?
