My lg 30" ceramic cooktop started beeping last night while off. It beeps 6 times every few minutes. I shut the breaker off to see if it would reset. Still does it. I tested all the burners and all work. Is this some sort of error code? The model # is LCE3081ST. When I use the cooktop, after a few minutes it stops beeping. Then it resumes after 5 or 6 hours. the number of beeps is not consistent, sometimes 10 in a row, sometimes 8, and repeats every few minutes. The manual states that error codes are flashing lights on the control panel. I am stumped. I do not see any issues while using it. But I am still concerned. This was purchased in 2010.
