Bosch Vision 300 dryer.
Runs for 10min or so and gets the Lint Filer error and shuts off. Of course when the Bosch tech came today the dryer ran fine and the problem did not happen. But when he left it happened again as it did before for days.
1) I cleaned the filter screen 2) I vac'd the filter reservoir (lots of loose change!) 3) I cleaned the exhaust line and it appears to have decent pressure on output when running 4) I have in the past replaced the hi-temp sensor/switch which had triggered in the past but the result then was only cold air - that has been fixed for a few years 5) The dryer was blowing an E:17 code which the tech said could be the door switch.
update:
1) I ran the dryer without the vent and it went for over 5mins. I attached the vent (which I know is clear) wth 4 feet of hose and the problem comesback. Almost as if that slight amount of backpressure is the tipping point? The veny has an elbow at the end of it but it all seems clear.
Before I got nutz and replace the switch and the front sensors - any guidance here?
thanks Vin

Fixed it. I bought a new dryer - different brand. i'm convinced now to buy cheaper models and just plan on replacing them every 6 years - just what they want. I'll never buy a Bosch product again. I still have the POS washer which I'm sure is going to die soon - even after replacing the door gasket 2 x
