A Model Number may help others help you
side by side fridge or freezer do not get cold motor and fan runs
By motor I assume that you mean the compressor. I also assume that both the compressor and evaporator fans are running.
Remove the evaporator coil cover in the freezer. Check the coils for cooling/frost. If they only have frost in one area (usually where the freon enters the coils from the compressor) then you are probably low on freon and have a leak. |
