Panel reads "Door Open" but the door is closed. We have checked for continuity, and replaced the main panel...still reading same. Error code is E91.

So you checked the door switch and the connecting wiring for shorts or breaks all the way back to the board?

Well, if you are sure about the switch and the wiring, that pretty much just leaves the board.
