Overnight both my water and ice dispenser stopped working. I thought it's odd that Id loose both switches at the same time. I checked the freezer door switch and it seems to be working, if I hold the door open and press the switch the freezer light goes out.
Is there anything else I should be looking at?
I'd appreciate any help. I'd hate to have to buy 2 new switches that I may not need.

When you press the levers do you hear a switch click? It seems unlikely that both switches quit at the same time. Its more likely the lever broke or a wire in the door harness broke. Your going to have to get in there a take a look. Watch the video on this page. Whirlpool WP2180226 Bracket - AppliancePartsPros.com

Whirlpool WP2180226 Bracket - AppliancePartsPros.com Hello and thanks for your reply. Yes there's a click when I depress the ice and water paddles. I had already taken off the cover - I wanted to see what it looked like back there and was looking for something perhaps burned out, but nothing seemed out of place to my untrained eyes. Thanks

I tested my ice and water switches with a multimeter and they're good. Also my door switch seems to work, the dispenser light goes out when i open the door. Any other ideas where I can look?
Thanks
