Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 10/20/2016(UTC) Posts: 1		Got a GE hotpoint dryer that only runs if you hold the start button in. Replaced button, but not the issue. Looking at previous posts, it may be the belt switch, that is no longer available. Going to take the dryer apart again and inspect/test the switch. If it's toast, is the dryer a boat anchor or can I retrofit a different switch?
